Massage is not simply what I do, but a passion of mine. Since the first time I have given a professional massage under the guidance of a gifted teacher I have been well and truly hooked. Every time I provide a treatment I am amazed at what it can do to improve my client’s health and well-being.
Most of my clients are return customers, which is probably the best compliment they can give me and clearly shows that something is working. The fact that I make their health and well-being my topmost priority during their treatments certainly helps as well.

Jnanam Jason Gan is a Yoga devotee. The name Jnanam (pronounced Gee-aanam by Indologist Georg Feuerstein) derives from Yoga. He believes that the agency of the individual is integral to his or her therapy; that every individual has a story to be expressed, and it is a central theme in the Yoga Therapy tradition (developed by A.G. Mohan). Underpinning the agency to change is a contemporary concept in neuroscience called neuroplasticity, which is the ability of the mind to adapt to changes, continuously, by forming connections (or mapping the story for the individual). In terms of musculoskeletal (or myofascial) conditions, neuroplasticity is associated with the concept of “use it or lose it”. Jnanam believes that, in any stage of your life, you still have the agency to “use it or lose it”, which is the reason that Jnanam chooses to return to movement therapy practice and to focus on movement system impairment, as sports science intersects with neuromuscular therapy in the rehabilitation stages.
Jnanam is qualified in the Diploma of Remedial Massage and the Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy, and incorporates his experiences using a wide variety of reading sources, to develop a treatment and rehabilitation strategy that will best address your goals.
Remedial massage uses clinical assessment and reasoning to address specific issues using a variety of techniques, e.g. deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point release.
Deep tissue massage is a technique that involves deep muscle stripping and re-alignment. Although performed within your limits, it is one of the more intense treatments and will most likely elicit at least some discomfort. It is a great choice for correcting posture and getting rid of long-term knots.
A dry needling treatment uses acupuncture needles to elicit twitch responses in the targeted muscles. This commonly results in reduced pain, increased range of motion and decreased muscle tension. Dry needling is gaining in popularity with better results in less amount of time.
Developed with the athlete in mind, sports massage aims to help the body achieve optimal performance. Pre-event massages prepares the tissues for action, post-event aims to reduce any negative effects derived from the exertion, and during training it addresses any issues that may prevent optimal performance.
I have been to my fair share of massage therapists, and all I can say is – perfect pressure! Sascha’s awareness of the human body and ability to gauge the individual response made his massage a perfect combination of relaxation and rehabilitative. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to friends and family and look forward to my next experience.
Sascha has magical hands! I went in with a super tense neck and shoulders and left being able to move free and easy, feeling relaxed and completely blissed out. I highly recommend Sasha for his obvious technical ability and equally soothing nature.
I keep going back to Sascha many times now because he really knows his stuff! He’s very professional, passionate and caring about his work and tailors his service to my different needs every time. I always leave my session with Sascha feeling so light I feel like I am floating out of there!
I have been a recipient of professional massages for over a decade and I can hands down say that Sascha is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had! I tend to get a lot of muscle knots in my shoulders/back, and Sascha is the only massage therapist I have been to who was able to loosen all the knots under my shoulder blades.
Sascha has been the best remedial massage therapist I’ve seen. Took his time to understand my pain points and was very focused on providing treatment on my areas of concern. Definitely has relieved my neck and shoulder issues. Have been recommending Sascha to family and friends.
Finding a massage therapist that can find and focus on the area in need can be a challenge. I’m very pleased to have Sascha as my remedial massage therapist, because he gets right to the source and always gets me feeling better in a short time.
Very competent and professional. He definitely knows what he’s doing and also has magical powers. I highly recommend!
Hands down best massage of my life! Sascha really knows how the body works – felt so good afterwards. He is happy to explain his approach and methods to providing relief to the body – or just an amazing massage. One of the strongest and intuitive and precise massages I have had – amazing hands!! I l will definitely be back!
Sascha treats both my husband and I and we are both seeing miraculous decreases in our symptoms. We both highly recommend him. Thanks Sascha!
Very competent and experienced therapist!
Sascha is not only a wonderful masseuse who knows what he’s doing, but he’s a wonderful person, really listening to and attending to your needs/problem areas. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back again!
Super painful massage as he got right to the point of the injury but felt amazing afterwards! Thanks so much, will definitely be coming back!
Great massage and Sascha was really nice
Sascha was wonderful. He is so willing to share his knowledge of the body whilst he relieves and challenges your ailments to ensure you’re healthy in the long run.
Excellent treatment and a great experience. Would much recommend!!
Sasha was brilliant. He was funny, lovely, and really knew what he was doing. I’d never had dry needling before, but found it really helped release the tension in my shoulders. Sasha was so good that I’m actually going to pay full price to go back for more! Highly recommended
